Order Modifications & Cancellations: Because our team works quickly to process and ship packages, we have a very tight window for changes. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email support@trustloook.com immediately. Once an order enters the processing stage (1–4 business days) or has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or modified, and you must follow our standard Return & Refund Policy after receiving the items.

4. Product Descriptions and Tolerances

We aim to ensure that product images, dimensions, and color profiles are as precise as possible. However, minor manufacturing variances (such as 1-3cm manual measurement discrepancies or color rendering variances on different screens) can happen and are considered within standard industry parameters.

5. Shipping, Customs, and Delivery Fees

Shipping fees are dynamically determined by your order value, as outlined in our Shipping Policy. It is the buyer's responsibility to handle any local import duties, customs taxes, or carrier handling charges upon the arrival of the shipment in your destination country.

6. Discounts and Promotional Codes

Promotional codes and coupons must be entered at checkout before completing the order. We cannot retroactively apply discount codes to finalized or completed purchases.
Unless specifically stated, different promotional codes cannot be combined or stacked on a single order.
